If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, or if you have simply decided that some or all of the order is no longer required, we will be happy to exchange the item(s) or offer a full refund (minus shipping costs) subject to the conditions stated below.

A returns reference number is obtained from us in advance. Please call if you wish to return goods and require a returns reference number.
The goods are returned to us within fourteen working days from the date on which the goods were received at the delivery address.
Goods returned between seven and fourteen working days from the date on which the goods were received at the delivery address will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Items must be returned in new, unused, and resalable condition. Items must be returned shipping prepaid (we will not refund the cost of shipping the products back to us). The items must be returned in the same condition and with all the original contents.
Goods Received Damaged in Transit:
Goods received damaged in transit will be replaced subject to the damage being noted on the courier’s paperwork or hand-held device at the time of receipt. Goods signed for on receipt as ‘received in good order’ by the purchaser, or any third party acting on behalf of the purchaser, will be treated as such and will not be eligible for replacement or refund. Damaged or faulty goods must be reported within 5 working days
